It might seem strange but I love giving discounts because it aligns the needs of myself as a hotelier with the needs of my visitors.

As we look forward to Autumn and Winter bookings now most bedrooms are booked through to September (but do call just in case of last minute bookings cancellations), discounts enable us to fill rooms and our visitors to reap bargains.

The most important area where we are able to give discounts is for repeat bookings. Booking in advance is also beneficial. It gives Newpoint Hotel bed and breakfast guest house a look forward which enables us to plan better. In return, we can help our visitors with lower prices.

Repeat visits could be in the same week or could be stretched over a number of weeks. This will help the regular business visitor to the area and contractors working on local building projects. In fact, anybody who regularly need to visit Southbourne, Poole or Bournemouth for one or more days a week on a regular basis.

Accommodation can be with breakfast or without breakfast as you wish. Where regular visits during Winter months are concerned, we will do our utmost to make your stay with us work for you.

Whether you want a single bedroom with en-suite, double bedroom with ensuite, family bedroom with en suite or a single room with shared bathroom, discount prices are always available during Winter months for regular bookings.
